Q: How do I place an order?

A: Select the wines you like and add your selection to your basket as you go along. You can find them by the type (i.e. red wine, white wine, sparkling etc), your budget (i.e. less than $20, $20- $30, $30-$40 etc), country of origin (i.e. Australia, Chile, Italy, New Zealand etc) or even search by the region to be more specific (i.e. Bordeaux or Burgundy, Barossa Valley or Central Valley), grape varietal (Cabernet Sauvignon or Sauvignon blanc, Syrah or Shiraz) and even by type (easy drinking, oaky, smooth etc). Don’t forget to check out our best sellers and wedding wines if you are buying in bulk especially. The hardest part is over! You can review your basket at any time to modify the quantity and selection as you wish. When you are all done, simply click on ‘check out’.

Q: What are the modes of payment?

A: You can either pay by your credit or debit card. This service is provided by OCBC and provides a 100% secure payment gateway for our valued customers.


Q: Do I need to be a member to purchase from Simply Wine?

A: Yes, you do. Membership is free of charge and entitles you to a world of massive discounts! You can simply sign up with your Facebook account or just complete a form with minimal basic information. Your privacy is important to us. Simply Wine will only collect information where it is relevant for us to do so. We do not sell personal data to any third parties. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Q: When and how can I request for a refund or exchange?

A: As wine is a perishable good, we can only offer a refund or exchange only if it is corked or damaged. Our policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product, you should send your product to: 5 Soon Lee Street, Pioneer Centre, #03-14.
